Need to make a return? No worries :) Masters and Magic wants you to be happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
To request a return please contact us so we can generate a return authorization number for you.
If you are dissatisfied with your dice for any reason, at any time, just contact us at sales@mastersandmagic.com and we'll make it right, whatever it takes.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The easiest way to check on a return status will be to email us and ask.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Please contact our Customer Service to arrange for the return. We won't bite or blame you or be mean, we promise.
Securely pack your item(s) and mail them back to us.
We will pay for shipping on returns due to damaged or defective items, but you are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.
Generally we will do our best but if we have already shipped your order we will be unable to cancel it. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order if not please email us!
If you do not cancel an order and the order is shipped, our normal terms and policies apply.
