What carriers do you use?

USPS First Class Priority mail in most cases. We also ship USPS First Class International, E-packet and Priority International.

What are your shipping rates?

Free shipping in the USA for orders over $20! Discounted international shipping!

Domestic orders under $20 just charge the USPS rate based on order weight.
For international orders, we give a small shipping discount per item in your order.

How soon will I get my dice?

Most orders ship within 1 business days of receiving your order, and will arrive within 5-12 business days.
Orders shipped to Canada typically take 7-12 days.
Orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe may take 7-15 days.

How to Track my order

We don’t send out tracking codes automatically, just reach out to us at support@mastersandmagic.com if you want an update of the shipping situation, we can provide a tracking code to you then.
